    Precision A/C ApplicationsStulz-ATS is dedicated to the manufacturing of supplemental and precision air conditioning prod-ucts. With an extensive installation base, SATS has earned a solid reputation as a quality supplier and leader in its field.

    CeilAiR ceiling mounted air conditioning units provide temperature and/or humidity control for those hot spot areas in the building which exceed the central system capacity. They are an economical solu-tion to such demands which may, in fact, be temporary until the next offices are carved out of an existing plant area, another laboratory added to a school or new medical equipment installed at a hospital. No floor space is required by the CeilAiR ceiling mounted units. The units are designed with a wide range of options to handle both comfort and precision cooling applica-tions.     Component AccessTheairconditionershallbefullyaccessiblein-placethrougheasilyremovablesideaccesspanels.

    Cabinet ConstructionThecabinetandaccesspanelsshallbefabricatedfromaluminumforcor-rosionprotectionandtominimizethesystemsweight.Thepanelsshallbelinedwith2lb/ft2highdensitysoundandthermalinsulationandsealedwithself-extinguishinggasketingcon-formingtoNFPA90Aand90B.

    Electrical System

    Thesystemshallincorporateovercur-rentandoverloadprotectioninac-cordancewithUL1995requirements.Eachblowermotor,compressor,electricheaterstageandhumidifier(ifapplicable)shallbeprovidedwithafactorymountedandwiredstarter/contactor.

    Thecontrolcircuitshallbea24VACClass2lowvoltagecircuitincludingacircuitbreakerforprotection.Lowvoltage,highvoltageandgroundingwiresshallbecolorcodedandshallbeindividuallynumberedateachendforeaseofservicetracing.AllwiringshallbeinaccordancewiththeNationalElectricCode(NEC).

    Overflow Safety Float SwitchAcondensatepanwaterlevelswitchshallbeincorporatedtoshutthesys-temdownifacondensateoverflowconditionissensed.

    Remote Stop / StartIncludedinthesystem'selectricalcontrolcircuitshallbea2-pintermi-nalconnectionforremotestop/startoftheCeilAiRairconditionerbyaremotesource.

    DX- Refrigeration System
