Distance Runners (800m and up) 6:30am Everyone else 4:25pm Practices will last for about 1-1 ½ hours
Saturday Practice Distance at 8am Everyone else 9am Every Practice is mandatory including
athletes that are injured.

and with the trainers Rehab is in the morning before school Any athlete unable to participate in

the training staff needs a note from the doctor releasing you to participate
