PREPARINGFOR TOMORROW
Why is Blue River a good place to explore for
tantalum and niobium rich carbonatites?
Most importantly, the region provided
the right kind of geological setting for a
carbonatite to have formed 350 million
years ago. But equally important, British
Columbia and Canada have stable
political environments with a stable rule
of law. These are serious considerations
for investors and buyers of tantalum and
niobium who seek long-term contracts
and secure sources of supply.

Blue RiverTantalum-Niobium Project
EXPLORATION UPDATE, JUNE 2008
FACES OF
COMMERCE RESOURCES CORP.:
John Gorham, Project Manager
John Gorham has worked as a geologist for
over 25 years. This work has taken him from
a lead-zinc mine on the northern tip of Baf-
fin Island, to gold properties in Columbia, South
America, and many stops in between. He has spent much of the last 15 years
exploring for gemstones and well-crystallized mineral specimens in Canada.
One of John’s greatest passions is music -
bluegrass, early country music and west-
ern swing. As a songwriter and performer,
he has appeared in many venues, often
with other performing artists, singing his
original songs. John Gorham will serve as
the Blue River Project Manager oversee-
ing all aspects of the exploration project.
We encourage you to chat with John or oth-
er members of our exploration team when
you see them around the community.
DONATION:
In 2007 and 2008 Commerce Resources
Corp. was proud to contribute funding to-
ward the purchase of a new school bus for
Valemount Secondary School. The much
needed bus will be used to transport stu-
dents to sporting and other events. We are hopeful that with continued strong
community support, enough funds can be raised to purchase a new, safe and suit-
able vehicle in the near future.
SPONSORSHIP:
Commerce Resources Corp. is pleased to be the Title Sponsor for National Geographic
“Adventurer of the Year” couple Scott and Julie Angus, on their current expedition: A
Journey by Oar from Scotland to the Middle East. The couple will experience 6,500
kilometres of adventure as they row the waterways between Scotland and Syria.
To honour Commerce’s title sponsorship, the couple named their human-powered
amphibious rowboats Tantalum and Niobium. To learn and read more about the Angus’
current adventure (and others) visit www.angusadventures.com/rowedtrip/index.html
Blue River Tantalum-Niobium ProjectEXPLORATION UPDATE, JUNE 2008
Commerce Resources Corp. is preparing for another exciting
season of exploration on the Blue River Tantalum-Niobium Proj-
ect. We received encouraging results from the 2007 diamond
drill program. The size of the Upper Fir carbonatite deposit was
expanded, and we increased our geological understanding of
the tantalum and niobium mineralization. Regional exploration
of other carbonatites discovered within the Blue River mineral
claims also provided positive results.
Commerce will continue to explore and evaluate the Upper Fir carbonatite in
2008, by way of additional geological mapping, diamond drilling and surface
sampling. Commerce is also keen to carry on its search for new carbonatites
within our mineral claims through prospecting, geophysics, mapping and ana-
lyzing collected samples. Other activities in 2008 will include on-going col-
lection of environmental baseline data and additional archaeological studies.
The geological exploration team is planning to mobilize
to Blue River in late May, and will continue their explo-
ration and evaluation activities until the snow begins
to fall. The project will be managed this year by, John
Gorham, a Professional Geologist.
Commerce Resources Corp. is committed
to keeping its neigh-bouring communities
informed about our exploration activi-
ties as the Company continues to explore
and evaluate theBlue River Project.

Carbonatites are rocks that are formed by unusual geological processes and from unusual source rocks. Magma and carbonate are mixed below the surface of the earth to form this unusual rock that is made up of greater than 50% carbonate minerals. There are only 500 known occurrences of carbonatites worldwide. Sometimes carbonatites may look like marble, and may require geochemical analysis to verify.
