I joined CCAP with the clear objective of
learning financial analysis and related
disciplines. The programme structure
provides an excellent platform for
'learning by doing', and I believe there is
no better way to learn any skill. My tenure
at CRISIL has further strengthened this
belief, and my understanding and
confidence have grown with each
assignment. The open culture that CRISIL
offers as an organisation also fosters
learning and growth.

Batch 2012-2014, CCAP associate, Infrastructure Advisory,
CRISIL Risk & Infrastructure Solutions
CCAP for me was full of ups and downs. The 'ups' build
confidence and give you a sense of accomplishment, but
the 'downs' provide valuable experience and learning.
Both are clearly required for a long and successful career,
irrespective of the field one chooses to work in. Being a
fresher, the course has provided me with a steep learning
curve as well as a gradual easing into corporate life

Many among us don't want to be a part of an experiment.
However, I strongly believe everything in this world starts
with an experiment. I am extremely happy to be a part of
this programme, as it allows me to discuss the actual
problems I face at work with my professors and
colleagues and arrive at the best possible solution,
thereby bridging the gap between theory and practical
experience
