3. Describe your senior portfolio project (include why you chose it and its impact).

4. Please list any Extra Curricular Activities and/or Clubs that you were/are involved in at CBNA (include roles and responsibilities).

5. How are you preparing financially for your college education? (ie: scholarships, loans, work-study program)

6. Please share why you should be considered for this scholarship.
