Radiation hardness certification (KRI and SINP MSU)
– Irradiation of pad test structures (CIS and RIMST) for adjusting the procedures is accomplished
– Good agreement with known data on current degradation for high doses .
– Not so good for low doses, but might be it because of mistakes in dose measurements.
– Expected behavior for full depletion voltage
– We are almost ready for real work!!!

Final remark
– We are speeding into engineering phase aware that it will take 4-5 years to raise STS up
– Neighboring STS work packages i.e. “the pipe” and “the FEE board” defining the crucial numbers for us are well behind and should be accelerated by all means
