• Rare wagyu roast beef rolled with rocket and horseradish, mayo dip

• Prawns with wasabi mayo and fresh dill vol-au-vent

• Meatballs with tomato and yoghurt sauce dip

• Seared tuna with mango and papaya chutney on Chinese spoons

• Parma ham wrapped with caramelized figs on Chinese spoons

Please note that due to responsible service of alcohol, our drinks package has set numbers of each drink depending on the number of people booked on the charter. Our staff can tell you these quantities when guest numbers have been confirmed.
