To achieve a load capacity of 5 kg per every 200 mm, the fi xing points must be 500 mm apart. Three-phase track, 16 A, Class 1 - conforms to the EN 60570 standards in force.Made of extruded aluminium, the track houses the wiring enclosed by two PVC extruded elements with high insulation resistance.

Functional rhymes with beautiful. Each single de-tail has a specifi c technical function aimed at max-imising performance. An innovative, round-shaped LED-based fi xture for street lighting with 500 mm diameter and 175 mm height. The body, the upper section of which is fi nned to increase the heat dispersion surface, is made of die-cast aluminium and includes a cap and bezel - both made of die-cast aluminium - se-cured to the body by means of stainless steel fi xing elements.

In order to prevent oxidation and corrosion, all parts that come into contact with the outside at-mosphere are subjected to an anodising treatment then fi nished with a powder-coating treatment. The product is equipped with an IP 66 valve through which air is released in the event of overpressure. The valve contains a water-repellent membrane that fi lters incoming air from humidity (when the product turns off), so as to protect all the internal components (LEDs, driver, etc.). The LEDs are installed on a die-cast mould com-prising 36 collimation points that allow for pointing the LEDs.

Each of the 36 supports can house 1, 2 or 3 LEDs, therefore the product comes in either the 36, 72, or 108-LED version. The LEDs are arranged around the fi xture's external perimeter so as to use up the entire available surface and reduce the tem-perature on the LEDs to a minimum.The diffuser screen consists of a 3mm thick PMMA structure that can withstand Class IK08 mechani-cal shocks.

The geometric structure of the screen conforms to the direction of the LEDs so that it is always per-pendicular to the incident light, thereby minimising loss of light due to refraction. The PMMA screen surface that diffuses the LED light beams has an ice-like appearance to ensure uniform illumination of the road surface (without luminous points) and conformity to the CEI EN 62471 standard regarding photobiological safety. The Class IP66 sealing of the above-mentioned components is guaranteed by silicone gaskets in-serted into the profi les.

Programming the curves
The fi xture's electronic control system (driver) can be confi gured to adapt the current to the LEDs, which may be operate from 350 mA to 700 mA, depending on the model. Power is supplied to the LEDs through 3/6/9 independent channels (de-pending on the model) grouped according to the type of area to be illuminated. As a result, each LED group can be powered with different current levels so as to customise the light distribution according to the distance between fi x-tures and the desired luminance levels. The 3/6/9 independent channels have a LED circuit confi gu-ration based on SERIES wiring, in order to avoid current imbalances in the various branches. The fi xture's internal electronic system is able to auto-matically calculate when midnight falls, so that it can self-adjust in any time-zone condition.

Programming the fixtures over time
This function allows for operating the fixture in the “ENERGY SAVING” mode. Depending on the cho-sen profile (which is internally memorised), the fix-ture is able to automatically reduce the light flow according to the specific requirements of the road. The product complies with the relevant light pol-lution regulations as is has 0 emission beyond 90 degrees.

The architecture of the electronic structure of the Driver and the product's control section can be simply upgraded and reprogrammed for use with future generation LEDs. The product is able to memorise the settings con-cerning the operating profi les and all confi guration parameters relative to the LED operating currents (standard feature). The fi xture is confi gured (stand-ard feature) for connection through a Wireless system with a PALMTOP touch-screen computer (available as an accessory), for modifying all the settings according to the user's own requirements.

The body, the upper section of which is fi nned to increase the heat dispersion surface, is made of die-cast aluminium and includes a cap and bezel - both made of die-cast aluminium - secured to the body by means of stainless steel fi xing elements. In order to prevent oxidation and corrosion, all parts that come into contact with the outside atmosphere are subjected to an anodis-ing treatment then fi nished with a powder-coating treatment. The product is equipped with an IP 66 valve through which air is released in the event of overpressure. The valve contains a water-repellent membrane that fi lters incoming air from humidity (when the product turns off), so as to protect all the internal components (LEDs, driver, etc.). The LEDs are installed on a die-cast mould compris-ing 22 collimation points that allow for pointing the LEDs. Each of the 22 supports can house 1 or 2 LEDs, therefore the product comes in either the 22 or 44-LED version. The LEDs are arranged around the fi xture's external perimeter so as to use up the entire available surface and reduce the tem-perature on the LEDs to a minimum. The diffuser screen consists of a 3 mm thick PMMA structure that can withstand Class IK08 mechanical shocks.

The PMMA screen surface that diffuses the LED light beams has an ice-like appearance to ensure uniform illumination of the road surface (without luminous points) and conformity to the CEI EN 62471 standard regard-ing photobiological safety. The Class IP66 sealing of the above-mentioned components is guaranteed by silicone gaskets inserted into the profi les. The fi xture's electronic control system (Driver) can be confi gured to adapt the current to the LEDs, which may be operate from 350 mA to 700 mA, depend-ing on the model. Power is supplied to the LEDs through 2/4 independent channels - depending on whether the model mounts 22 or 44 LEDs - that are grouped according to the type of area to be illu-minated. As a result, each LED group can be pow-ered with different current levels so as to custom-ise the light distribution according to the distance between fi xtures and the desired luminance levels.

The 2\4 independent channels have a LED circuit configuration based on SERIES wiring, in order to avoid current imbalances in the various branches. The fixture's internal electronic system is able to automatically calculate when midnight falls, so that it can self-adjust in any time-zone condition. This function allows for operating the fixture in the “EN-ERGY SAVING” mode. Depending on the chosen profile (which is internally memorised), the fixture is able to automatically reduce the light flow according to the specific requirements of the road. The product complies with the relevant light pollution regulations as is has 0 emission beyond 90 degrees. The “LED GROUP” can be replaced with the aid of a single electrical connection that ensures quick replacement. Each single LED is equipped with a LED Shunt that restores the proper operation of the SERIES should the LED itself fail. Each single LED can be replaced by disconnecting its relevant mini-connector.The architecture of the electronic structure of the Driver and the product's control section can be sim-ply upgraded and reprogrammed for use with future generation LEDs. The product is able to memo-rise the settings concerning the operating profiles and all configuration parameters relative to the LED operating currents (standard feature). The fixture is configured (standard feature) for connection through a Wireless system with a touch-screen PALMTOP computer (available as an accessory), for modifying all the settings according to the user's own requirements.

Die-cast aluminium spotlight with truncated cone shape and radial perimeter grooves. Tempered glass screen fi xed to the die-cast aluminium bezel equipped with stainless steel captive screws secured to the outside of the gasket, for a Class IP65 watertight seal. The bezel holding the glass is hinged to the fi xture's body and is equipped with a draining system that facilitates drainage of rainwater from the screen. The optical compartment, which is accessed from the screen on the front side, houses a 6-LED lighting system. The following optic versions are available: 8°, 20°, 30°. Fixture made up of two elements: the complete body - entirely die-cast - and the die-cast aluminium shaft that houses the electronic components for colour control. The front screen is made of clear tempered glass. The body houses 7 led RGB LEDs equipped with concentrating lenses, while the LEDs are arranged so as to guarantee excellent colour uniformity, even close to the light source. The light projection has a beam opening angle of 25°. The RGB LEDs housed inside include three 1-Watt junctions for each single colour; this system allows for obtaining the perfect colour blend on the lens while the fi xture's luminous area takes on the same colour as the projected light. Inside the fi xture, a special radiator keeps the temperature of the LEDs below the recommended minimum level indicated by the manufacturer, so as to extend the lifecycle of the light source. Total absence of infrared or ultraviolet components. All the LEDs comprising the fi xture are powered by the series-connected PCBA, thus the same current fl ows through them: in this way, the colours emitted by the single LEDs are identical. Confi gured for up to 126 addresses for accent-type control of the fi xtures. Controllable via the DMX Martini control keypad that is compatible with all control systems operating with the DMX512 standard. Around 16 million emitted colour and light fl ow combinations can be achieved. 3 DMX channels.

Aluminium body manufactured by means of a spin-forming and laser-cutting process. The body is subjected to an anodisation process and is then powder-coated. The optical assembly is secured using a PPS support with bayonet mount and fi xed through a stainless steel spring. The EYE LED module comprises a die-cast aluminium structure with 24 turrets, with X-shaped profi le, for rapid heat extraction and cable gland with neoprene outgoing cable. An electronic plate equipped with 15 high-effi ciency LEDs and lenses for 8°,20° or 30° light distribution is fi xed to the die-cast structure. A 3mm thick extra-clear tempered glass panel is secured to the front part with silicone glue.These features guarantee an IP65 protection rating for the LED module.The LEDs are powered at 350 mA while the ballast must be ordered separately.

Extruded aluminium linear fi xture with 56x75 mm cross-sectional dimensions and powder-coated die-cast aluminium end caps. Extra-clear tempered closing glass sealed to the body with silicone sealant. Available with symmet-rical distribution with 20° and 30° beam opening angles, and 8°\44° elliptical distribution; inclusive of cable gland and 2 metre-long neoprene cable. IP65 protection rating. Power factor corrected incorporated electronic bal-last.RGB versionAll the LEDs comprising the fi xture are powered by the series-wired PCBA that guarantees identical colour emission from the single LEDs. 64 addresses for accent-type fi xture control. Con-trollable via dip-switch for re-programmed light-ing scenes and DMX 76493.00 control system, compatible with all control systems based on the DMX512 standard. Three DMX channels. General features and technical details
The poles are made using S235JR steel and are hot galvanised in compliance with the EN40-4 standard. They are also powder-coated using satin-fi nish grey polyester paint.For poles up to 5.5 m above the ground, the terminal board slot measures 132×38 mm.For poles above 6 m above the ground, the terminal board slot measures 186×45 mm. All poles are supplied with a protective end cap, terminal board (for 1 fuse - not included), terminal board cover and anchoring plate for fl anged poles.Poles measuring 8 m and 10 m can be constructed in two pieces to be assembled using stainless steel bolts.

Our approach aims to create straightforward, reliable and design-oriented light control systems and lighting schemes with the awareness that if light is a highly distinctive element of an environment, the light control system must not be a purely technical element to be concealed. On a given day we might desire the maximum amount of light possible, whereas the following evening the light of a candle may be the ideal choice. For this reason, we offer flexible programming and control systems for lighting scenes: RGB LED changes colour MONOCHROME LED for programming, scene control and touch dimming. Mixed systems for LED and fluorescent fixtures with analogue electronic ballasts controllable via a single lighting scheme.

Interface with LCD screen for controlling and running lighting scenes with DMX512-A communication protocol, inclusive of an external stabilised ballast. It can function as a MASTER module and directly perform the desired colour adjustments by selecting pre-loaded or customisable static scenes, or perform pre-loaded or customisable dynamic programmes. All the functions are controlled through configuration buttons located on the front panel, while the effected functions appear on the LCD screen. Connection of the DMX signal requires a cable conforming to the EIA RS-485 standard and having the following features:-2 conductors plus shielding.-110-120 Ohm impedance. -Low capacity.-Maximum 250 kbaud transmission speed.Observe the following indications to prevent any malfunctions:-The maximum recommended length of the DMX signal cable is 150 m. Within this length, a maximum of 32 fi xtures can be connected.-Avoid parallel paths between DMX cables and power lines.-Insert a 120 ohm 1/4 W resistor at the end of the DMX cable, between cable A (DMX +) and cable B (DMX -).-Never connect the DMX cable shield to earth.-Never effect Y-shaped branches of the DMX cable (use a DMX Booster/Splitter).If any malfunctions occur due to disturbances on the DMX line, if the lines are longer than the maximum recommended length or if there are more than 32 devices to be controlled, one or more DMX Booster/Splitter devices must be inserted.
