A few facts and figures

ratings ranging from 0.5 to 175 HP (a variety of pump types much greater than any other Italian manufacturer).
Distribution of Calpeda products to countries in Europe, North and South America, Middle and Far East, Africa, Australia and
New Zealand. 18 sales and service agencies in Italy. The numbers really speak for themselves and amply illustrate Calpeda’s
position as one of the leading manufacturers of electric pumps at national and world levels.
The growth of the company, started by Vinicio Mettifogo in 1959 and now run by his successors, is evident in terms of its market share
and manufacturing facility with 25,000 sq.m of covered premises at Montorso Vicentino.
Of course, Calpeda growth can also be seen in the products themselves, which offer tangible evidence of the company’s advanced
technology, reliability, standards of safety and competitive quality/price ratio. The products are an illustration of what
results can be achieved with efficient management, creative and experienced designers, constant training of technicians,
ongoing experimentation and all-out effort on the part of staff.
The Montorso Vicentino plant has a very advanced research and development facilities.
Calpeda produces electric pumps for domestic, industrial and agricultural use but in all cases the Calpeda image is associated
with functional advantages, reliability and high levels of mechanical efficiency.
Calpeda products are constantly evolving. This is why we get so much attention in the market, especially at sector trade fairs,
and have been so successful in promoting our products.
