This project, introducing a complete range of machinery forgrowth-intensive mushroom farming, is making Championthe leading supplier of machines and other equipment formushroom farming. Our products make it possible to set upa complete process line for filling and emptying growingrooms.

In order to optimise processes on a mushroom farm, thedesign of each machine was carefully thought out, to includesuggestions coming from experienced farmers. We madeevery effort to ensure that our products will meet the mostcomplex requirements of every demanding customer. Boththe designing and production teams at Champion are madeup of highly qualified, ambitious engineers, with experiencein different industries (e.g. automotive), passionate aboutcreating innovative products to satisfy every possible need.Each individual machine is developed using the mostadvanced, computer-aided technologies for designing,documentation and simulation, in a CAD 3D environment.Prior to serial production, each design is verified using stressand fatigue testing, aided by computer simulation. Mainload-bearing elements are also tested using a strain gauge.All of this guarantees excellent safety parameters of ourmachines.

At Champion, our vast production and human resourcesenable us to see the most compl ex projects from theinitiation right through to completion. It would not bepossible without adequate technological infrastructure;therefore we are also constantly expanding that areaof the company. Our machin ery and equipment isproduced in a newly-built, modern production plant,equipped with facilities ensuring highest qualitystandards. Careful planning of these productionfacilities gives us enormous flexibility when designingand producing machinery for the mushroom industry.We have one of the largest CNC press brakes in thecountry with a dedicated CNC hydraulic guillotine, and

plasma burner with a 3D head. The production facilitiesare further enhanced by numerous smaller machinesand tools, ensuring that the complete productionprocess is run in-house.

Champions main focus has always been on maintainingthe highest possible quality of our products whileconstantly enhancing their productivity. All ourmachinery products are always implemented followinghigh CE safety standards. In production processes weonly use components from leading industry suppliers,such as Van der Graaf, PONA R, NSK Japan, MOTOVARIO,CHARAVALLI, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, ABB, BLICKLE,DANFOSS, or CARRARO DRIVETE CH. We only usematerials of consistently high quality, e.g. carefully

selected varieties of steel. Main structural elements ofour machines are corrosion-protected using DUPLEXtechnology, or by using stainless steel or aluminium.We pay careful attention to every detail of the machine,however minor, because we know that all these detailscontribute towards a durable and reliable end product.
