Customized automation solutions including:

Autonomous production with the use of a pallet

changer/storage and loading and unloading por-

tal robot.

Pallet storage unit for a maximum of 24 raw-piece pal-

lets (300 x 400 mm) with a distance of 20 mm. For lar-

ger workpieces, the number of pallets is reduced. Pal-

lets for raw and fi nished parts can be exchanged any

time during machining.

The operator can always keep an eye on the loading

and unloading process. The robot pulls out the pal-
