Strategy

To spread their thought leadership via content and to get maximum viewership we suggested different platforms like Slideshare, Scibd, Linkedin, Twitter & Blogs.

For complete dissemination of the content online Slideshare and Scribd were the best platforms to reach people on the look-out for the right information. The major drawback was the website which is not search friendly and is the reason we chose this strategy to put up all the content on SlideShare & Scribd. We have to strategize our Title tagging activity on a weekly basis to optimize the content and also the website.WNS successfully achieved more than 1.5 lacs views on Slideshare and also crossed 50,000 views on Scibd.

Linkedin, being a professional network is utilized to its best extent to engage with professionals sharing the same background & industry exposure.

Twitter was used to connect with international C-level professionals and bloggers, for sharing opinions with key audiences in the industry. These platforms helped WNS to build and leverage a strong connect with its targeted group.

The blogger outreach helped the brand make international outsourcing professionals talk about WNS on their websites and blogs.

Outcome

A tremendous increase in the traffic to the website after the campaign started and a buzz was created about WNS as a brand in international market.

Successful in getting internationally recognized analysts and bloggers to interview Mr. Keshav Murugesh, Group CEO WNS Global Services, via Social Media.

Challenges

One of the key challenges was to approach to the targeted niche of C-level professionals based in US & UK. Also engaging the target group who is not very active on social media was a tricky affair.

Another major challenge was to deal with WNS website reach as is not search friendly
