Problem 1:
Violations of Human Rights
Problem solving:
The governor in Louisiana and in US has to be more concern in defending Human Rights.
As we all know, human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every
person in the world, and that all human beings are born with equal and inalienable rights
and fundamental freedoms.
According to The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 2, Everyone is
entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of
any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion,
national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
And in article 25 ofThe Universal Declaration of Human Rights, its stated that
Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being
of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and
necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment,
sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances
beyond his control.

- It will make people appreciate the differences
- Eliminates discrimination
Weaknesses- Governor doesntpay attention to the other
issues.
- There will be more spending budget.

- People rely more on the government.
- Social harmony and security in the society ispreserved.
Threats
- The white people might give lots of pressure
to the government.- There will be criminal acts such as; war or
contradictions between two sides.

Problem solving:
- Remove the law system that differ the blacks and the whites (The Separate CarAct (Act 11) that ruin the 13

equal protection of the laws.
The "separate but equal" term was used in many public areas, such as restaurants,
theaters, restrooms, and public schools. The term was a fiction, as facilities for blacks
were always inferior to those for whites.

Problem 3:
Discrimination, in this case discrimination against black people
Problem solving:
- Create more organizations that can be a reminder to people to eliminate the racismhappening in the world.
For example:
NAACP (National Association For The Advancement of Colored People)
This organization, based in Baltimore, MD, is the oldest black organization that
fights for civils rights and equal opportunity.

National Urban League (NUL)
This black organization empowers and encourages African Americans to be active
in the political and professional arena.

- There must be economic equality in all states of America so that there will be nomore discrimination. One of the ways is by giving the same chance and opportunity
to both white and colored people in the government and society.

- Attack from one side / group- The appearance of 1 or more anarchist
organization.
