A Senior Mobile Application Consultant met with the team at Llewellyn Smith to map out
the path to success. The goal was to deploy the Canvas platform across both the IT and
Safety departments in order to upgrade the outdated paper processes within these key

report or survey is completed out in the field, a PDF copy is sent directly to a supervisor
for review. This data collection processes has not only sped up the rate of reporting, but it
has almost single handily eliminated lost forms and reduced data re-entry by office staff
since all reports are automatically stored in the cloud.
