Event Management Application for an Event Organizing Company [CASE STUDY]

The Client

The client is an event organizing company that deals in total Event Management Solution. They required an app for Event

Organizers using which they can manage their different types and varieties of Events.

The Challenge

CDN Mobile Solutions' challenge was to create a handy app for event organizers and attendees. To provide event attendees

a way to view appointments made online, products searched for, agenda, and other information, as well as the ability

to search an interactive exhibit hall floor. The client also wanted that the users must get updated with each and every

happenings of the Event & reduce the communication gap between the two parties (Attendees, Exhibitors).

The Solution

CDN Mobile Solutions developed an event management application using Content Management System that proved to

be handy and beneficial for Event Organizers. The Application not only reduced Communication gap between the participating

parties of the Event but also helped Event Organizers in systematically managing Event happenings. Along with reducing

Complexity of different types of Events (Hybrid, Conference, Trade show), the app also acted as a better vehicle for Advertising

with features such as Logos, Banners, Sponsorship Levels, Profile Description etc.

Event Organizers & visitors used Map functionality of this Application to know the exact location of Events, Sessions and

Exhibitors. Exhibitors and Attendees actively participated through this application and also easily fixed meetings with each other

which exhibitor or visitor can accept or reject.

Prior to arriving at the Event, users were able to download the Application from the appropriate Application Stores (Android,

Blackberry, iPhone) to their Smart phones. After Successfully downloading, Attendees registered themselves with the

Application (with the already given Event ID, Attendee Password).

Attendees were also able to Evaluate any Session or Event that means they were capable of providing feedbacks on any

particular Sessions and Events through this Application.
