Your partner for reliable serialization
Bosch offers the entire serialization package, including the corresponding IT. All solutions are based on the CPS (Carton Printing System), which serializes up to 400 folded cartons per minute with 1D or 2D data matrix codes. Thanks to its modular design, the CPS can be flexibly expanded by further modules. The labeler of the Tamper Evident module, for instance, ensures an optimal manipulation protection by applying additional safety seals across the cartons side flaps.
Connected Packaging Industry (CPI) this is the name of the smart software solution from Bosch for Track & Trace and much more. It not only manages serialization from the allocation of the serial numbers right through to the last aggregation step. You can also connect single components, packaging lines and complete factories.
Your benefits at a glance Maximum flexibility Central access for serialization and aggregation Import of country and customer specific
requirements Seamless generation and management
of serial numbers Successful production control Cloud enabled CPI solution
Be prepared for tomorrows challenges!Hundreds of references speak for themselves: put your trust in our modular CPS portfolio. It can be optimally adapted to your packaging and line processes, while the smart software solution CPI takes over the necessary data handling. Backed by this modular concept you are equipped for production processes and legal serialization requirements all over the world.
From Tamper Evident function to semi- automated aggregation and further options the CPS modules are equipped for future requirements.
