About the Study Tour: The eight day international educational program will focus on the history, culture, architecture, and people of Cartagena. The study tour will be led by Purdue Agriculture’s Dr. Pamala Morris, and Mr. Myron McClure, and will be facilitated and co-led by our colleagues at University of Cartagena in Cartagena, Columbia
Study Tour itinerary Highlights: Participate in Service Learning /Humanitarian Activities with underserved audiences.
Tour Length: Eights days, seven nights (arriving in Cartagena on Saturday, March 12, 2016; Departing from Cartagena, Saturday, March 19, 2016.)
Target Audience: 16-20 Purdue students, open to all students
Projected Total Cost: $3200. Includes airfare, ground transportation, lodging, most daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), tour, educational materials, and events admissions. No additional tuition will be charged as this is part of their spring semester. May qualify for new Purdue University and College of Agriculture (freshmen only) study abroad grants.
