I don’t always succeed, but I always try my best to make my customers happy and provide a “Truly Exceptional” buying or leasing expe- rience. Most of you have had the vehicles you bought or leased from me for up to a year, so I don’t expect you to be shopping again so soon, but if you have friends, relatives or cowork- ers who are looking for a car, truck or van, I hope you will give them my name and number.
