Just 12 miles south of the popular coastal town of SantaBarbara, the long expanse of white sand at CarpinteriaState Beach invites visitors to relax and enjoy a glorious

sunset or surf the rolling waves.

PARK FEES are due and payable upon entry into thepark. Use the sel-registration system i the entrance

station is closed. The campsite ee covers one vehicle.

CAMPSITES: Each campsite has a fre ring and a picnic

table. Swings or hammocks may not be astened to trees

or bushes.

OCCUPANCY: Eight people are allowed per amily

campsite.

VEHICLE PARKING: Vehicles may only be parked

in your assigned campsite. They must remain on thepavement and must not extend into the roadway beyond

the campsite number or limit line. Additional vehicles

must be parked in one o the extra-vehicle parking areas.

CHECK-OUT TIME is noon. Please vacate your site by

that time. Check-in is 2 p.m.

RE-REGISTRATION: I you want to re-register and do

not have a reservation, you must contact the entrance

station beore 9 a.m. the morning you are due out.

Re-registration is not guaranteed.

CURFEW: All visitors under the age o 18 must be in

their campsites by 8:30 p.m.

DOGS must be kept on a leash no longer than six eet

and under control at all times. They are not permitted in

buildings or on the beach (except or service dogs). Dogs

must be confned to a vehicle or tent at night.

FIRES AND FIREWOOD: Please be cautious when

building fres. Fires are allowed only in established

fre rings or camp stoves, and are not permitted on

the beach. Do not build ground fres outside the fre

rings or leave campfres unattended. Do not gather

frewood in the parkthe nutrients must be allowed to

recycle back into the ecosystem. You may purchase

frewood rom the camp hosts.

SPEED LIMIT: The maximum speed limit is 15 mph.

When pedestrians, bicyclists and children are present

even 15 mph might be too ast. Use good judgment.

QUIET HOURS are rom 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. To ensure

an enjoyable experience or everyone, please do not

disturb other campers, regardless o the time o day or

night.

NOISE: Radios and other sound-producing devices

must not be audible beyond your immediate campsite,

regardless o the time o day or night.

GENERATORS: Engine-driven generators may be

operated between the hours o 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

TRUCKS: Passengers may not ride in the beds o

pick-up trucks (including those with camper shells).

THEFT WARNING:
