I. IMPORT: 1.1 Cargo handling charge – receiving shipment into the warehouse, checking against air

waybill & manifest, generating summary declaration (DSK) number for non-EU goods, notifying consignee or agent about arrival of shipment, releasing shipment and documents to consignee or agent.

2.3 Time limits for acceptance of goods for export:

General cargo – acceptance at least 2.5 hours before scheduled flight departure, Special shipment (dangerous goods, live animals) – acceptance at least 3 hours before

2.4 Storage charge:

A) Goods not ready for carriage

– First 48 hours free of charge.

Storage charge – based on the Gross Weight or Chargeable weight, whichever greater, as declared by the Shipper in AWB. In the case of missing AWB – storage charge based on the actual weight of shipment or its volumetric weight, whichever greater.

B) Withdrawal of already accepted shipment – PLN 0.25 /kg, minimum PLN 60.00.

III. Goods admitted into the warehouse on customer’s request (without AWB):

The basis for admitting goods into the warehouse is duly completed warehouse acceptance form (available in the warehouse) or, alternatively, the invoice, HAWB, CMR provided that it specifies the declared weight, quantity & contents description.

Opening a case or other packaging, when required by competent authorities or upon Customer’s request, if special tools are needed to open/close it – PLN 35.00 per piece
