Greg Shumate has been an industry leader for three decades. His expertise lies
in driving results through strategies planning, collaboration, and innovation. He
started the company in 2006 and has overseen its growth to become a top ten
lender in Georgia. Under his leadership, Brand has seen an increase in sales of
200% in the last two years and has expanded to 16 locations in 5 states. He

and industry overseers.
Alex Koutouzis has over 20 years of experience building companies in the
mortgage industry. He is a results-driven, detail oriented executive with a
proven history of strategic growth in volume and profit driven sales operations.
Since joining Brand in mid-2010, he has ben focused on expanding the sales
force, increasing production, and improving infrastructure and efficiencies. He
has opened a new operations center, doubled the average volume per loan
officer in addition to establishing and managing the compliance, marketing and
training departments.

Support “A Paperless System” – all documents scanned and sent to Processor, Underwriter and Closing. No original documents
pass hands.
Set-up Person – orders appraisals, title work, send disclosures plus any additional documents all scanned/e-mailed to
client.
Once client receives e-mailed documents/disclosures, etc. they open e-mail and accept, hit signature button and it
returns automatically. Only 5 forms that client needs to sign and scan/e-mail back!
The Processing/Underwriting System is designed to submit to Underwriting within hours of taking application (in
essence, an “up-front approval.”) Underwriting underwrites the loan 9 out of 10 times on the same day, but no later than 24
hours. If there are any conditions – they are cleared within 48 hours or less.
System is designed to close all loans in 15 days!
There are “Limited Overlays” beyond AUS findings!
Extensions up to 3 days are free!
All Seconds underwritten simultaneously by the bank. All Seconds are in-house! 80-15-5, 80-10-10, 90% LTV to
$1,000,000, 80% to $2,000,000 are just a few of the options available.
Appraisals are managed by the “Valuation Management Group” – set-up person/processor orders all appraisals. Loan
Officer is notified by e-mail immediately that appraisal was ordered and when appraisal is expected to be delivered. Once
appraisal is completed, Loan Officer, Processor, Client automatically receive an e-mailed copy. All the Loan Officer needs to
do is send your desired Appraiser’s contact info to the Valuation Management Group to have them approved……easy!
Our pricing system will alert you and your client automatically by e-mail when a desired rate/price is reached.
