POSITION: EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT
LOCATION: TARPORLEY, CHESHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM
REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
PURPOSE: To build a client portfolio in your specialist industry in the UK,developing collaborative long-term partnerships with aspirationalclients who align to our purpose, vision, and values.

ROLE
You will be able to hit the ground running and by that we mean, you will be able to utilise your knowledge of an established network of contacts in your specialist industry. You should have experience in Executive Search and we have a real interest in someone with the right behaviours, values, and determination to build a business of aspirational clients.
We believe that to succeed in this role you will also need to have:
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Search consultant with a proven track record of building a client portfolio in your specialist industry.
• Ideally educated to degree level• Excellent customer care skills and experience• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize when
working to multiple deadlines• A passion for creative writing, communication thought leadership
