Mr.Ahmed Khalaf Al Mazroei Group as a business associate (partner) till year 2007.

Mr. George Nassim Georges was a partner of Pauling Middle East Co LLC, which was the majorcompany among the group company of Mr. Ahmed Khalaf Al Mazroei and he was sharing 40% of profits fromthe company.

As a partner and General Manager of the group companies, Mr. George has carried out and handed overvarious projects successfully during the past. He was solely responsible for the performance of the company andmanaging the company efficiently and profitably.

Apart from associated with Pauling Middle East Co LLC, Mr. Georges was also associated as a partnerwith few more companies in the group Viz., Al Hada International (which was responsible for undertaking EarthMoving, Back filling and leveling jobs in a big way, for Abu Dhabi/Al Ain Municipalities and Abu Dhabi PWD –aggregate worth of jobs under taken will be nearly more than 500 million during the year 2000 to 2004) and Fariscatering which was catering many big off shore companies.

Under his leadership PME has got very good recognition from consultants/clients, which includes theirappreciation and repeated jobs offered by them to be carried out by PME.

During the year 2006 Mr. George has started the following companies, as a 100% beneficial owner andhas already successfully molded them in to an efficient and profitable venture:

A. Technical Architects Gen Cont Co., Class1(Grade A) contracting company bought from previous ownersduring the year 2006 and currently executing a 105 million project (which will go up to 150 million, due toseveral variations to the original contract) for Nakheel, Dubai. The Subscribed, paid up capital of thecompany is AED. 5,000,000/-.

B. Gulf Classic General Transporting LLC was started during the year December 2003. The company isengaged in the transportation business and also has undertaken port operations at Al Hamra Port for loadingand off loading rocks. The company's turnover and profit for the year 2006 was AED 48 million and AED 9million respectively. During the year the company's performance is excellent and in 9 months period theturnover has crossed AED.100 million and profit crossing AED.18 Million.
