- “105 Hours a week . We start at 7:00 A.M and end at 7:30 P.M .”

- “I have only hired two outsiders , I will consider it but not now.”

- What qualities make you hire a person or reject an offer?

- “Good conducts, manners, no piercings, and no lip service will help me hire a person. I don’t hire liars, thief's and big mouths.”

- Do you use family for labor?

- “Yes , my two nephews and grandson help me out.”

When do you decide to discount an item ?

- “If asked for a discount it’s degrading for me because I'm giving you good quality for a fixed price.”

- Do you ever have sales ?

- “I never have sales.”

- How important is keeping inventory?

- “Very important in order to supply my costumers with good food.”

- How do you order what you want?

- “I have suppliers that I call or they call me.”

- Do sales people visit you regularly ?

- “They visit me a least twice a week.”

- “Yes, I had to get a business license, health permit and operating license.”

- How often do you have to renew it/

- “I have to renew the health license once a year as well as the business one.”

- How do government regulations affect your business?

- “The only thing that affects me is the health regulation. I have never had a government loan so I'm not affected as much. I'm currently paying a standard tax.”

CAPITOL BURGER HISTORY

Capitol Burger was founded by George Stamos in 1965. He migrated to the U.S from Greece and created his own restaurant. It has been up and running for nearly 50 years and continues to be a great investment. George was known everywhere not only for his compassion towards others and generosity but for his best masterpiece yet , Capitol Burger. After his death this past July, his son John Stamos has decided to take charge and continue the family-run business. He works alongside two siblings . They made it #1 out of the five best burger stands in L.A reported L.A Weekly.

Products and ServicesCapitol Burger is known by the whole community. Its is commonly known for its delicious double cheeseburger and for its $1.50 fries as well as chili cheese fries. When asked John Stamos explained that most of his costumers return for another round. He said most of the people that goes there he ends up memorizing their order and that is the most common order.
