In April 2019, the Company issued –7,300,000 ordinary shares of NIS  1 par value each, in consideration for NIS 150 million (gross).

ToHa1 (Totzeret Haaretz Complex) – the Company completed the construction of an office building consisting of 57 thousand m2 above-ground for marketing and 950 parking spaces (Company’s share – 50%).
