DAY 1: SEPT 20 7:30 am Good Morning! Coach boarding will begin at 7:00 am at the Kingston Shrine Club for a 7:30 am departure. With new friends and travelling companions, we will travel east towards the state of Massachuses. Welcome to MASSACHUSETTS, the “Bay State” and the sandy shores of CAPE COD! Our Local Guide from the Cape will meet us at the RED JACKET BEACH RESORT and will assist with check-in. Unpack, relax, take a stroll on the private beach and bask in the breathtaking oceanfront views of Nantucket Sound. A welcome recepon will be held in our honor where you will receive a print by a Local Arst just for coming along. We’ll enjoy an included welcome dinner this evening at our resort. DAY 2: SEPT 21 Ahoy matey! This morning enjoy an included breakfast at our resort. We’ll be joined by our local guide at our resort for a full day of touring. We will travel historic Route 6A, the Old King’s Highway, a scenic byway winding through centuries of Cape Cod history. It winds past hundreds of historic structures which characterize its early development. View the Eastham Windmill, a Cape Cod Lighthouse and visit the Cape Cod Naonal Seashore Visitor’s Center. Sand dunes and the ocean surround you as you approach “Land’s End” – Provincetown. You are now at the extreme p of Cape Cod. Formerly known as the “Province Lands” the pilgrims landed here first before they decided to sele across the Bay in Plymouth. Take some me to enjoy the wonderful variety of restaurants, shops, and galleries that make this arsts/ fishermen village so unique. This aſternoon you may choose to board an excursion vessel for an amazing experience of Whale Watching. You will travel into the natural habitat of a diverse marine environment including birds that migrate here from all over the Atlanc, and fish which use these shallow waters to feed. Try to spot Humpback, Minke, and Fin Whales going about their daily business. An onboard naturalist will introduce you to everything you see and will answer any of your quesons about the whales, birds, fish and lighthouses. OR YOU MAY CHOOSE TO STAY ON DRY LAND: For anyone not wishing to go on a whale watch you can enjoy a Dune Tour. Ride along the shoreline of the protected lands of the Cape Cod Naonal Seashore. Your guide will point out the “dune shacks” where famous arsts and writers became inspired to create their art. LOBSTER DINNER is included this evening. Alternate entrees will be available for any “landlubbers” not wishing to eat shellfish. DAY 3: SEPT 22 Enjoy breakfast this morning at our beach front resort before we check out. We’ll meet our local at our resort and be escorted to the Hy- Line Docks where you will board the ferry to the stunning island of NANTUCKET. A box lunch will be provided for your ferry ride. Upon arrival on Nantucket, our guide will point out the restaurants, galleries, shops, and museums that are within walking distance to the dock. DAY 3: SEPT 22, CONT. You’ll be free to wander, browse and enjoy lunch on

your own. This afternoon, admission is included on a Nantucket Island Tour.

After a leisurely afternoon, we’ll our Maple Leaf Tour Director at a designated area to board your shuttle to the Nantucket Inn. Nestled on three landscaped acres just outside historic downtown, the Nantucket Inn prides itself on having something for everyone. The quiet charm of a traditional inn, where a good book and an overstuffed chair by the fireplace might be all the nightlife you need. We’ll check in for a two-night stay. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy as you please. Dinner will be on your own this evening and the charming hotel staff can make recommendations.

DAY 4: SEPT 23 After you start your morning with our Mom’s

Breakfast, the day is yours to do as you please. You’ll have your choice of resort-style activities without ever having to set foot off the grounds: tennis, a fitness center and swimming, including the island’s only indoor pool - perfectly heated for days when the New England weather isn’t as cooperative as usual.

When you are ready to explore Nantucket’s quaint cobblestoned streets, a complimentary shuttle is available to zip you to the island’s most popular attractions, beaches, shops and restaurants.

You will receive a Nantucket Historical Association History Pass which is good for one visit to the following: Whaling Museum, Hadwen House, Thomas Macy House, Greater Light, Oldest House, Old Mill, Old Gaol and Quaker Meeting House. Tonight is yours to enjoy as you like, exploring the area and enjoying dinner on your own.

DAY 5: SEPT 4 This morning, enjoy breakfast together before we

check out and travel to the Hy-Line docks and depart Nantucket as we head back to the Mainland. The ferry will take us back to Cape Cod where our coach will be waiting for us. With sand in your shoes, seashells in your pocket and many wonderful memories of your Maple Leaf Tour to Cape Cod and Nantucket, we’ll begin our travels home with thoughts of returning again soon!
