Sean is dedicated and passionate around RDVI services with 8 years dedicated experience in this field. He started his journey and training as a RDVI Technical Assistant for Digital Insight while still in school and quickly progressed to a lead technician working in Australia the USA, South Korea, New Zealand and Egypt on both onshore and offshore assets. We’re proud to have Sean based in our Western Australia office as a projects co-ordinator and RDVI specialist supporting our clients operational needs and know there will be big things to come from him as he influences the RDVI service offering for many years to come.

Paul LavenderQuality & Technical Development Vertech Group

Paul Lavender was previously an NDT level 3 trainer and as a testament to his professionalism and passion for the industry progressed through to becoming the general manager of a leading global NDT training organisation. His role within Vertech is to achieve excellence in quality compliance while delivering and developing our Verification of Field Competencies program for the NDT staff. Our technicians and operations team alike draw on Paul’s in depth knowledge in all aspects of NDT making him a huge asset to the business.

Bruce McKenzieOffshore & Projects Vertech Group

Bruce is a former offshore installation engineer who oversaw the integrity for ageing north sea assets. His technical background and passion for all things inspection and integrity related has provided him with a wealth of knowledge in services such as Remote Digital Visual Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), integrity engineering, Risk Based Inspection (RBI), inspection planning and implementation which enables him to deliver technical excellence across a wide range of disciplines.

Ian Oliver has been involved with RDVI for nearly 13 years now and has vast experience in all applications of the technology. Ian has worked on multiple RDVI projects on both onshore and offshore locations from the Asia Pacific Region to China, Egypt and the USA for some of the worlds leading oil and gas companies. Ian has a focus on delivering the best result for the client both at the planning and execution stages of the project, also ensuring we maintain our RDVI perfect safety record.

Ian Bullock has been working exclusively in RDVI for nearly 20 years helping pioneer what is known as RDVI across the Asia Pacific Region. In Ian’s RDVI career he’s worked across the globe including sites in USA, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Egypt, New Zealand, South Korea as well as many onshore and offshore assets nationally. Having Ian as one of our subject matter experts and leading onsite RDVI teams gives us and our clients the utmost confidence that they will receive absolute safety excellence, an unrivalled inspection service and high quality deliverables.



Remote Digital Visual I nspection or RDVI is the use and application of remote digital systems such as cameras, robots or crawlers to internally inspect and asses difficult to access areas such as pressure equipment without the need for intrusive inspections and the associated Confined Space Entry. RDVI methodologies work for condition assessment, process efficiency assessments and foreign object search and retrieval (FOSAR).
