Date of Tour: 21st – 23rd February 2014 Friday: 21st February (2 Paris Metro tickets included) 6:15am Meet your Proscenium guides Eric Thompson & Nikki Emms, 78 fellow students,
and Claire, Emily & Anna from CAPA staff, at the Eurostar Departures area in London St. Pancras International (attached to King’s Cross Station) for “check-in” and to collect your train ticket. Please be sure to pick-up snacks, beverages and lunch to eat on the train before arriving in Paris! You will be headed out on a Panoramic City Bus Tour upon arrival, so you will not have the opportunity to grab food again until the mid-afternoon or dinner time. There is a Starbucks, M&S Simply Food, Boots (meal deal!) and much more in the station if you arrive early, or consider shopping the night before.
7:31am Depart London St. Pancras and travel to Gare Du Nord, Paris. 10:47am (local time in Paris - GMT+1)
Arrive at Gare Du Nord Station, Paris. Have a coffee and toilet break before starting our sightseeing tour (break 30 min approx).
11:15am Enjoy your Panoramic City Coach Tour of Paris, the City of Love and Lights (tour
2.5hrs approx).
1:45pm Panoramic Tour finishes at our hotel, IBIS Paris Berthier Porte de Clichy. Check-in and relax.
EVENING: A night at the Louvre! Your tour manager will take you to the Louvre (see the
famous Mona Lisa). Friday nights are FREE ENTRY for students under 26 with valid ID including UK address, so be sure to bring this. Otherwise, entry will be at your own expense.
Saturday: 22nd February (Day Metro Pass included) Breakfast at hotel – included 9:15am Your tour manager will take you on walking tour of the City Island, Notre Dame
Cathedral & the Latin Quarter. 12.00pm Enjoy a fun and scenic boat cruise on the River Seine (1hr). In the afternoon, enjoy free time sightseeing, more museums & shopping. If you would like to go shopping please remember most big shops are not open on Sunday!
Sunday: 23rd February (Day Metro Pass included) Breakfast at hotel – included 09:00am Please meet in hotel lobby for check-out and to store your bags until departure
later today. Then travel to the Eiffel Tower with your guides. Morning Visit the Eiffel Tower - your ticket will take you on an elevator journey to the top – or for the extra motivated, brave the stairs! 13:30pm Optional - Bike Tour 14:30pm Optional - Meet your Guide @ Blanche Metro Station for walking tour of
Montmartre (see the infamous Moulin Rouge!) and experience great views from the area around Sacre Coeur Basilica. Entry inside the Sacre Coeur is additional charge.
5:30pm Meet in the hotel reception area. Travel as a group to Gare Du Nord by Metro for
the return Eurostar. 8:43pm Depart Gare Du Nord Paris for the return Eurostar journey to London St Pancras
International. 10:00pm (GMT – local London time)
