1. This is just a tentative offer. ORBITZ Corporate & Leisure Travel

(I) Pvt Ltd is not holding any accommodation / air seats for youat the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then requestfor your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of nowand all subject to change / availability.

2. For booking procedures, you will be required to pay a non refundabledeposit of Rs. 35,000/- per person at the time of booking.

3. On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD / INR payment for theabove package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.

4. The International Check-in time :- 1400 hrs & check-out time is1200 hrs

5. Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the costof surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come

into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by thepassenger directly to ORBITZ.6. All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay

or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability ofhotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve anyincrease in price and hotels

7. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flightwill be on the passenger's own & ORBITZ will not be held liable for suchexpenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities.

8. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.9. All items & conditions of Orbitz's Disclosure Customer Notice apply
