2016 Canadian Senior Championships - CCSR-2016 FINAL SCHEDULE
The Organising committee has received your final entries for the CCSR-2016. We made some verification on the number and names declare. There was only one addition and so the schedule circulated on May 2 will stand. Thank you for your cooperation. For your information, we reached 183 athletes after the final entries. 1) We suggest verifying with the VP admin, Mr. Craig Walker, to make sure that every athlete register completed the CWFHC athlete agreement to register in the NAP database, completed the CCES online anti-doping course and sent the waiver forms. It is all mandatory. It is the same procedures that CCSR-2015! 2) Find in the annex the schedule with the identification of athletes in the B and C groups. The addition from May 2nd is one athlete in the 77B group on Friday. We used their declared totals to rank the athletes. We grouped the athletes using the total declared enabling faster running of the competition. 3) Verification of entries at 2h30 PM at the competition site. Each team leader will check his or her list and sign it to scratch / confirm the athletes and their respective categories. 4) Training before the competition: we will circulate more information about that early next week. Names address and cost of some clubs. 5) Address of the nearest sauna: it is at the Minoru Aquatic Centre (7560 Minoru Gate, Richmond, BC). It is three stops away from the Bridgeport Skytrain Station (located within the River Rock hotel) to the terminus station “Brighouse Station” followed by a 500 m walk. Cost: $5.65 (source: Or. Comm.) 6) The provincial directors are responsible for circulating this schedule and starting list among their team members.

the procedures and rules. For more information go to the website:
http://cces.ca/sample-collection-procedures
If you take supplements, drugs (Ritalin or other similar products, anti-inflammatory, etc ...) make sure they are allowed by the CCES.
