Effectual – (greek word energeo) – means to put forth power, be operative, to work. Can be worded a the prayer of a just man, wrought in him by divine energy. Has to do with put forth of energy and power

when you pray.

Fervent – to be hot, to boil. Put together as a phrase means supplication consistent

with inwards conformity to the mind of God.
