On November 9, 20 I 5 I received notification from the victim, Jody Raines, that the defendant, Bruce

Aristeo, had been posting her information through a website named

Defiantly. net.

I located the website and on

it the host, Matthew Chan AKA Matthew Valor, indicated that he received several documents from Aristeo.

Chan indicated that the documents were uploaded and were currently available to be viewed on by the public.

The documents included the Indefinite Temporary Restraining Order against Aristeo, some

of

the videos that

are the subject

of

the pending Indictment, the Grand Jury Testimony, along with other discovery and

correspondence. Chan provides a link on

Defiantly.net

to another website named,

Scribd.

On

Scribd

there are

various pieces

of

discovery from this case. I took screenshots

of

the websites and I captured the videos and

pl

aced them onto a compact disc. Aristeo had sent Chan the discovery from New Jersey to Georgia. Chan

the above address and

was located at Burlington County Co llege.

On January 4, 2016, I spoke to Deputy Director

of

Security Art Dorst at Burlington County College,

Rowan University, Mt. Laurel Campus. He advised me that America Works was

in

the

cubator part

of

their

campus, but Amer

ic

a Works had moved out of the campus in December 2015 . He informed me they moved to

790 Wood Lane Road, Mount Holly, Suite 7

& 8.

He also advised me that America Works was responsible for

their own computer IP addresses and network access. The college did not provide network access for them.

On January 6, 2016, I called and spoke to the Site Director of America Works, Raza G

il

ani, and

advised him that I needed some information. Mr. Gilani advised me that he would need to go through his legal

department and that he would have them contact me.

I sent a subpoena to America Works for Ar isteo s records from November I, 20 15 - November 30,

2015, and for copies

of

hi

s registration and sign

in

logs from the same dates.

On January 7, 2016 I received a phone call from Site Director

of

America Works, Raza Gilani, and he

confirmed that Aristeo was at the Burlington County College Incubator America Works location on

11112/2015.

On January 8, 20 16 , as a result of my subpoena, I rece ived a Participant Attendance Monthly Log from

America Works for the month of November 20 15 signed by Bruce Aristeo. On it it shows the dates that he

had signed

in

for the month of November 2015.

In

particular Aristeo signed

in

on November

12

, 2015 from

9:00 AM and signed out at 4:00 PM.
