Location change was requested for convenience to GO Team members. The permanent location

for the school is scheduled to be open in January, 2017.

Public Comment Format Discussion:

Sign up sheet provided by secretary and made available at the meeting entrance;

Signed up speakers may yield their time to other speakers;

One person may speak for a maximum amount of 8 minutes (receiving up to 3 yielded

time slots)

Extended time for public comment will be voted on by GO Team based on need;

Public comment will take pace at the beginning of the meeting;

Meeting length can be extended beyond 1 hour as a result of public comment if

necessary;
