Annexure-II- Terms and Conditions

1.Ten good quality Laminated Hard bound copies in specified colour areto be provided with separate ribbon/lace (Separator). The signaturepage should be printed without signature block in these ten Laminated

Hard bound copies.2.The ink used shall be of superior quality with adequate quantity in

printing of the Accounts for sharp print colour rather than dull grey.3.The signature page should be printed with signature block in 715

(English) and 615 (Marathi) copies of State Finance Report.4.Name of the report will also be printed on spine viz. Government of

Maharashtra Report No. 4 for the year 2017.5.Ashoka emblem of height 2' width portrait will be at the top (Center)

of the cover, with the motto below.6.Indian Audit and Accounts Department and Government of

Maharashtra Logos will be provided which are to be printed on the

cover of all the Reports.7.The cover paper duly laminated and pages of printed book shall be as

per specifications approved.8.Any defects either in printing or binding shall be rectified by the

printer within the stipulated time at risk and cost of the printer.9.The printer shall not divulge the content of the printed material in the

Report for the year 2015-16 to anybody and shall maintain itsconfidentiality so as to maintain the privilege of the Maharashtra State

Legislature at all costs.10.The printer shall be liable to print additional copies if needed

subsequently at the existing rate of the contract executed.11.The printer shall execute the job of printing/CD preparation within

prescribed time limit.12.The office reserves the right to modify, alter or cancel the contract at

short notice before approval of the proof of Report on State Finances

either partly or fully.13.TIME AND CONFIDENTIALITY ARE ESSENCE OF THE

CONTRACT
