1. Seating confirmation upon registration and payment.

2. Free seating arrangements are made on the day of the conferences. Please come early.

3. If the Main Sanctuary is full, additional registrants will be seated at L5 (live video feed)

4. Conference fee includes attendance at all plenary sessions, selected workshops and conference material. Tea breaks and lunches will NOT be provided.

5. Please note that children aged 12 and below (including infants in arms) will not be permitted on conference premises during the conference.
