The Proclamation of Neutrality was made so it could keep America out of any wars that came about.

It also made the nation neutral to conflict between Great Britain and France.

It threatened anyone that assisted another country.

The Whiskey Rebellion threatened the stability of the United States.

It was a tax protest that was put on the crops.

Any farmer that used there leftover grain or corn in a form of whiskey had to pay an additional tax on it.

The reasoning behind it was to increase the central government power.

The Farewell Address was a letter written to “The People of the United States of America” by George Washington.

This was Washington’s last goodbye speech after 20 years of service to the new nation.

He wrote this address toward the end of his second term as president.

He was also trying to warn the Americans of the political dangers that they should and must avoid

Washington commanded his troops in the French Revolution.

It effected France the most out of anything. It marked the decline in power in monarchies and

churches.

George Washington was the first president of the United States.

He was the only president to be ever elected unanimously. He was the Commander of the Continental Army. He oversaw a strong national government. Washington served two terms in office.
