A First Aider can renew their First Aid at Work qualification by attending a two dayrequalification course without question, if it’s within 1 month past the expiry date

Mental Health First Aid Training


The Manual Handling Operations Regulations do not set any weight limits for lifting and carrying loads and amendments in 2002 now require employees to have adequate or appropriate knowledge or training in order to make assessments to judge whether safe moving is possible.

Falls from height are one of the biggest causes of workplace fatalities and major injuries. Common causes include falls from ladders and through fragile roofs. The purpose of the Working at Height Regulations 2005 is to prevent death and injury from a fall from height.

PUWER Assessment
