Document approval workflow
The project required bulding a document approval workflow
automatization with a timer option, notification e-mails and
interconnected tasks. The workflow is dedicated to approvals
of the marketing materials in the company.
The workflow collects all information about approval process
on the portal: the document itself and all details about it, list
of approvers (up to 5 different levels) and their decisions,
comments of approvers that can be added as an explanation
of approver's decision, and timing.

Project Wizard
Solution for automated project schedule creation based on
user's answers to questions presented in a wizard-like
interface. A set of dynamic rules controls what tasks will be
added to the project and where, based on users' answers to
wizard questions. By answering just a few questions, the user
gets an automatically built project schedule with milestones,
tasks, resource assignments and durations set up, which
otherwise would have taken hours to build.
One of the main features of the app is that it visualizes how
exactly the resulting project schedule came together, showing
users how their answers affect the schedule in real time.

PreQual system for QA
ClearWire PreQual workflow helps organize the testing
process of wireless access point configurations for different
markets and locations. Prior to that, QA engineers needed to
go through a lot of training to learn all internal processes, to
find out who does what and where the test files or test results
should go. By consolidating all the knowledge about the steps
involved and by merging various file shares into one
SharePoint library the client was able to dramatically reduce
the onboarding time and ease the load on the engineers. The
workflow also serves as a status report on all MXX layers that
are currently in testing with ability to drill down to the level of
each layer and check the progress.
All involved individuals get email notifications when an input is
requested from them and they also get reminders for tasks
that are due soon. If a comment or approval is all that is
requested from them, they can provide their feedback by
replying to that reminder message without having to go into
SharePoint interface.

RMA portal for Mitsubishi Electric Power Products
RMA portal is a section on MEPPI SharePoint Portal available
only for clients of MEPPI. The RMA portal allows clients to
approve and follow all stages of maintenance and shipping of
their equipment via personal area. Clients are also notified by
email on every step.
RMA portal stores complete history of maintenance works for
all clients and allows MEPPI administrators to create analytical
reports based on the history. Therefore MEPPI could find soft
spots in its equipment, which could be targeted for
improvement on manufacturing stage.
RMA portal is built as a section of existing SharePoint portal.
