StaffingIn Good Hands is owned and operated by Matthew Chase OTR, CHT & Eric Wells OTR, CHT.In Good hands also employs two full time OTAs, two secretaries, and one janitorial staff member.

Referrals/MarketingIn Good Hands will receive referrals through local hand surgeons, primary care physicians, advertising throughout the community, and client referrals. Networking, reaching out to local health care agencies, and raising community awareness will be strategies to broaden clientele
