This is a quarterly review of our market in Del Mar and the surrounding area.

SFD listings (active and contingent) in North San Diego County fell

-2.4 % in March 2012 from February 2012, and Dropped -22.68 % year-over from March 2011 – there has

been an

eight-month trend of year-over declines in listings. North County active listings were at the lowest level since

December 2009. SFD listings (active and contingent) across San Diego

County fell

-2.81 % from February 2012 to March 2012, with a -23.6 % year-over decline in listings compared to March 2011.

The number of sold North San Diego County SFD units increased +22.26 % in March 2012 from February 2012 (after a +20.37 % jump last month) and increased +3.35 % year-over from March 2011.

Year-over sold units have increased in nine of the last 10 months.

SFD total sales volume fell -5.12 % year-over from March 2011.

The number of sold SFA units rose +17.41 % from February to March

The number of sold SFA units in Non-North County zip codes increased +12.55 % from February to March.

In North San Diego County, year-over SFA sales increased slightly by 0.7 % compared to March 2011 for the third straight year-over increase.

Non-North County year-over sold units declined by -9.14 % compared to March 2011.

SFA listings (active and contingent) in North San Diego County decreased -6.13 % in March 2012 from February 2012 and fell -30.94 % year-over from March 2011.

San Diego County SFA listings (active and contingent) decreased

-3.54 % from February to March and dropped 32 % year over from March 2011.
