The English Riviera is easy to access by road and rail - approximately three hours from London and the Midlands. Delegates can also benefit from First Great Western discounted conference rail fares.

Exeter and Bristol airports are conveniently located and provide further travel options.

Torquay, Paignton and Brixham are collectively known as the English Riviera. The three towns have plenty to offer you, your conference and your delegates.

Famed for our award winning beaches Torquay and Paignton are in many ways the quintessential seaside resort. After a day of meetings, a stroll along palm tree lined promenades is the ideal way to unwind. Brixham is a traditional maritime and working fishing port; bursting with history and naturally is a great place to visit for great seafood.

Time away from the conference hall can be as action packed or relaxing as your delegates choose. From the Agatha Christie Mile, an internationally renowned zoo, steam train, museums and historical houses, to bars, restaurants, harbour side shops and coastal walks, with unforgettable views across our amazing Jurassic coastline. There is without doubt something for everyone.

Beyond Torquay you will find lots more: you can explore the riverbanks of Dartmouth on a jazz cruise and the home of Agatha Christie or walk the rolling wilderness of Dartmoor. There are fantastic shopping opportunities at both Exeter and Plymouth; both beautiful cities that have recently undergone extensive shopping centre redevelopments attracting new and exciting retailers to the area. Situated in the heart of Torquay, the Riviera International Conference Centre (RICC) is a purpose built conference, exhibition and banqueting facility, the ideal venue for any type of event, from 5 to 1500 delegates.

The RICC offers three large multi-functional halls, seven secondary rooms for smaller events, an in-house team of chefs, free Wi-Fi throughout the building and an experienced Conference Co-ordinator dedicated to your event.

Its seafront location means there are in excess of 2000 bed spaces within one mile and is within easy walking distance to the seafront, train station and town centre.
