management of change. While this is wider
than business change management aspects,
services are not short of ideas or solutions, but
often fail to engage effectively to embed and
sustain change. Funding is also much more
likely to be provided for design and technical
implementation than business change and
so our goal is to help organisations develop
effective change management resource
internally, rather than ‘doing change’ for them,
which builds too much dependency on external
