Touch the “Media Player” icon in the statusbar or the corresponding item in the navigati-on menu to open the media player.
Press “Select Directory” in the media playerto open the file browser.
Choose between USB stick or SD card. And access network servers with music orfilms, when you place these files on the net-work.
You can call up music or video files by selec-ting “Open Directory” or go back via“Directory Up”.Select “Scroll Alphabetically” to move tothe next letter. Once you have selected a song or a directory,press “Display”.

The Busch-ComfortTouch® enables the user tostream Internet radio directly on the panel usingthe Web Radio feature. Audio can be providedby the integrated speaker or in stereo via theline-out output with a connection to an externalsound system or active speakers. Up to ten streams can be set using IP Project.
WEB TV
The Busch Busch-ComfortTouch® enables theuser to stream Internet TV directly on the panelusing the Web TV feature. Audio can be provi-ded by the integrated speaker or in stereo viathe line-out output with a connection to an exter-nal sound system or active speakers. The imagecan be displayed in reduced size at the upperleft or in full screen mode. Note: The quality of the full screen imagedepends on the image size of the stream. Up toten streams can be set using IP Project.

DATA LOGGER
The data logger integrated in the Busch-ComfortTouch® can graphically display data forup to eight communication objects. If thesecommunication objects are linked with sen-sors via group addresses, the energy con-sumption of a house, the power output of aphotovoltaic system or the fill level of an oiltank can be visualised, for example.To ensure that these values can be proces-sed, the Busch-ComfortTouch® stores thedata in a predefined directory.
CALENDAR
The Calender function enables users to speci-fy times on certain days of the year whenspecial scenes are triggered. These preset-tings can be repeated annually.

Using the Baby Phone application, camerasand microphones of other ComfortTouch inthe network can be used, for example, tomonitor a sleeping baby in a children's room.If the sound levels there exceed a set value,the Baby Phone application establishes anaudio/video connection to other selectedpanels. The connection allows parents to seeand talk with the child.

PHONE (VOIP)
The Busch-ComfortTouch® can be used as anInternet protocol telephone (VoIP phone) withthe Telephone (VoIP) application page. However,the following requirements must be met:• There must be a broadband Internet connec-
tion with a transfer rate of at least 100 kbits/sin both directions.
• The Internet provider must allow VoIP. • For the Busch-ComfortTouch® to be reacha-
ble via a conventional call number, an SIP account must be obtained from the Internet provider.
INTERCOM
The intercom function allows the Busch-ComfortTouch® to also be used as a housephone. This function enables users to connecttwo or more panels with image and sound. Theintercom offers the user three operating modes:• A direct connection establishes a two-way
connection between two panels (both sides can speak). The caller must accept the call. A broadcast enables a one-way connection tomultiple panels (only the sender can speak). Broadcasts require no acceptance on the receiver side.

ROOM THERMOSTAT
Touch the temperature in the status bar orthe relevant button on a control screen toopen the room thermostat.
OPERATING MODES
Comfort
Enables you to adjust your heating system forwhen you are at home. The “Cooling” and“Fan Level” options are only available withan AC system.
Standby
Set the temperature for when your are not athome.
Night mode
Controls the temperature at night.
Switch-off
Switches off the heating system. Frost/heatprotection mode is enabled.
Manual heating and cooling
If you have an AC system, this functionallows you to adjust the fan level.
Party mode
Run your heating system for a specific periodof time, e.g., if you have guests at your homebut the heating system normally switches offat 9 p.m.
Heating setpoint
Adjust the slider to change the setpoint forthe heating system. The information aboutthe status of your heating system is displayedin the status bar.

To open the alarm clock, touch the clock inthe status bar or the relevant item in the navi-gation bar.
The alarm clock enables you to set a wake-uptime for each day. Place a checkmark besidethe time to activate the alarm. The alarmclock icon is displayed above the time in thestatus bar.
Touch “All” to activate all the days of theweek.
Press “Drop Out Tomorrow”, if you do notwant to be awoken on the next day.Select “Activate Scene” to enable the pre-configured scenes. For more about workingwith scenes, see “Scenes/Sequences”.Use the “Lead-in” function to set the pre-runperiod. This enables you to switch on theheating system an hour before your alarmtime so that, e.g., the bathroom is heated toyour preferred temperature.Select “OK” to apply the settings.
TIMER
Touch the time or the timer icon in the navi-gation bar to choose the timer in the selecti-on window.Set your timers in this window. Your electrici-an can install up to five timers. Press“Activate Scene”. This enables you to selectscenes at the start and end of the timer.Once done, select “OK” to apply your set-tings. For more about working with scenes,see “Scenes/Sequences”.
