System that is used by the sta� at the counter currently is a very obsolete system and just used to sell the bus ticket at the counter. Customer has to go to the counter to buy bus ticket or ask for bus schedule. Again, customers need to pay cash when they buy the bus ticket. Furthermore, it uses a lot of papers and data is lostbecause no backup provided for the data. Besides that, customers are also not allowed to buy bus ticket through telephone or online.

Using our Bus Ticket Management System customer can buy their tickets over the Internet, 24 hours a day. �e bus ticket can't be lost, stolen or le� behind. In addition, the online system lets the customers check the availability of the bus ticket before they buy bus ticket. Furthermore, customers can buy their tickets without facing any disturbance in their regu-lar life.
