Attendance Services
Student’s safety is of utmost importance to schools and parents. Our bus attendance focuses on the student, a fundamental di�erence in focus from traditional Fleet Management Systems. Knowing when a student got on and o� the bus creates an attendance point prior to building attendance. When Administrators view this attendance data they are able to quickly take appropriate actions, especially if a student is missing. Bus attendance extends the reach of campus safety.

The App is easy to use: upon entry and exit, a student’s bus attendance is automated with a tap of their smart ID-card onto a tablet. Color photos and names of student-riders are displayed, arranged to match their bus stop assignments. Color coding identi-�es ridership exceptions: on the wrong bus, on or o� at the wrong stop. At the end of the route, students that have not tapped o� are displayed. Back-end reporting includes current and histori-cal bus attendance data. A back-end mapping feature shows the bus’s location and the last location at which a student tapped their smart ID.
