These Wednesday evenings in our hall, 7-8 pm, are a blessed opportunity for us and for all to have a bit of time for spiritual nourishment and renewal. Our generous Knights of Columbus have copies of the Joy of the Gospel for you. It is necessary to read the letter before the presentation so that we may receive full benefit from these four evenings.

Cemetery Conservation PlanSt. Philomena Church, Howe Island, is in the early phases of developing a conservation plan for its cemetery so that future generations can participate in the spiritual and cultural celebration of its heritage. We are reaching out to parishes in the Archdiocese for assistance in this project. We are looking for information about a relative or friend who may be buried here. Perhaps the connection with you may be an ancestor. Any information would be helpful.
