    The following instructions apply to all spreadsheets available to Bulk Account Maintenance EXCEPT the

    New Activation Only transaction. Refer to the tab that corresponds with your transaction for required

    columns and formatting rules.

    Instructions

    1. Do not delete or change Rows 1 10.

    a. Select all the cells in the spreadsheet. b. Right-click and select Format Cells in themenu.

    c. Click on the Number tab. d. Select the Text option under the Categorysection.
