First, make sure that you verify your business listings on all of the major review sites - Google+ Local, Bing Local, Yahoo Local & Yelp. This will allow the
option for an owner’s response and gives control over the listing.
• Include links to review pages in an email survey soon after the vacation ends so the experience is fresh in their minds

• Have a prominent call to action on the check-in desk or front door to encourage reviews. Include a QR code for easy access from mobile devices.
