A Building Management System (BMS)  or  a  (more  recent  terminology)  Building Automation  System  (BAS)  is  a  computer-based  control  system  installed  in  buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as:

FEATURES : What can we do in the building? Motion detection systems for security of the building. This motion

detcetors would be connected to security systema and lighting systema of each floor

Fire and smoked detection system located in each floor, for scurity. The system will make phone calls to the security company for each detection.

The system includes a siren as a fire, smoked or intrusin alarm

The lightning of every floor of the bulding will be connected to each motion detector.

ON/OFF control of the AC and FAN of the building for energy efficiency
