Mr. Miller began the discussion regarding the Six Pillars Committee.

Mr. Wise stated that he has done some research and has discoverpd that nothing has posted in theEconomic Council ofPqlm Beach County to indicate rry activity locally.

Mr. Worley made a recommendation to r€molre the Six Pillars Com'tittee from the BCAB agenda infuture board hearings until fiirther notice. He clarified that no meetings have been scheduled regrdingthe Six Pillan Committee.

The Board members present unarimously ageed to have the recommendation to remove the Six PillrsCommittee from the BCAB agenda il future board hearings until firther notice.

VL OLDBUSINESSA. Wind Load F€tre3trdion Chrrts

Chairman, Mr. Miller opened the discussion by asking Mr. Kittendorf if hc had the opportunity toprovide the Wind Load Fenesration Charts to PBC Building Division.

Discussion ensued.

Mr. Miller asked what is Palm Beach County accepting regarding the Wind load Fenestration. Mr.Wise answered that the County has been accepting the Broward County table if it was submittedalthough the numbers difrer md has caused issues.

Mr. Wise stated that they have considered the Martin County table but quickly realized it isinsufficien! and the Broward County table is a little bit over.

Discussion ensued.

Mr. KJttendorffexplained thd the Wind Load Fenestration Charts was adapted from Broward Countyand changes were implemented to reflect the needs of the county.

Mr. Wise asked Mr. Kittendorf whether the Feneskation table provided to the Board was adaptedfrom the Broward County. Mr. Kittendorf replied in the affrmative.

Discussion ensued.

Mr. Worley made a motion to instruct staflto review the Wind Load Fenestation Charts provided byMr. Worley and come forth with any recommendation changes in the next board hearing.

Discussion ensued.

Mr. Miller requested that the motion be restated. Mr. Worley reiterated his motion to request stalltotake the provided docunent and make appropriate modifications to bring forth for approval.

Mr. Wise requested clarificafion on whether the Board would like to have the modifications withaffidavits. Mr. Worley responded that the affidavits are what is provided in the Building Code andshould be left as is.

B. Solar PV Systern Rack

Mr. Fox has no firther to discuss the issue of Solar PV System Rack. He did state that he would treable to provide a report of the workshop that was hosted on February 26, 2019, which he stated was

successful. He stated that some individuals from the industry hope to come together and createprocedures for the permitting procedures.

Mr. Fox stat€d that once something becomes available the Board will be notified so that a possibletechnical advisory can be issued.

X. STAFFCOMMENTSA, Mr. Tomasik wanted to bring it to the attention of the Board that the BOAPBC will be holding their

meeting next week and invitsd the BCAB members to attend. He also annormced that the BOAPBCwill have provide an education hour on foam insulation, and on Thursday March 30, 2019 there will bea chapter picnic at Ocem Reef park.
